The Police seem to be concerned more about the little minor things rather than the drugs, rapes and murders that are plaguing this city. Apparently the economy is making the police department desperate for money too. They will ticket you for seat belts, not changing your address on your i.d., anyone can call and say a spouse, child, etc..hit them and it would be domestic abuse(without any proof) and Jay walking! Were are the priorities?
