I read in another article that said this is not his first time behaving like a 4 y/o. It will go away just like McKinney,Kennedy & Webb. If you or I assaulted a Capital Hill Police Officer we would not be going on our merry way. We would get a nice little room to stay in. I really think the Congress needs a good house cleaning.
