A "citizen" who doesn't speak English, considers themselves )as was reported of Guzman) to be the citizen of a foreign country (as do the "Aztlan" and "la raza" folks), belongs IN that foreign country to which they give their alliegiance.

Well, it'd certainly work for me. In fact, I'm sure some creative feddle gummint persecutor can find perfectly valid reasons to deport that slut. Sure MAss Media Podpeople and bleeding heart idiots everywhere would raise the whines, but if Paris and her ilk were all sent to, say, Mexico, and not allowed re-entry, then it'd be almost a fair trade for all the illegals the Mexican government actively aids and abets in their criminal trespass of our borders.
