Sounds like things are moving along at your house.

It is fantastic to get an idea what college financing will be available before it is time to attend.

Maybe the rain will stop soon and you will get to enjoy your trips to the cabin and your time off from work.

You have a couple of great kids there! You have a lot to be proud of.

It's exhausting going back to work ~ it's so different from working at home because you are learning new things and interacting with new people and that just takes a lot out of a person. Roll on bonus check!
