559pm - You are the stupid one and admittedly so because you say that you did not read the article but yet feel informed enough to comment on it. I actually did read the article and just like every other Star article on shit like this it has this little disclaimer on the bottom saying the surgeons giving their opinion have not treated the person. It is ONLY their opinion and their OPINION is that she had cheek implants. Again, the story was not reported as fact so Shannon should absolutely file a suit and hire you for her legal rep!

Funnily, I reckon she might have checked her legal standing in the case before she mouthed off about it. If it was as simple as the existence of a disclaimer, I don't reckon we'd be talking about it now.
Whether it is speculation or not...with a disclaimer or not...You can still try to sue for defimation of character if you have proof it has done harm in some way or another, professionally or personally...
