Yeah a liquid lunch. She probably thinks that bloody mary will give her some nutrients.

What is she wearing, is that a beach cover up? You can see her underwear, or bathing suit bottom right through it, but it doesn't look like they are at the beach.
Gross, she looks skinnier than ever. Do you think she comes to these blogs and reads the responses anytime there's a new picture of her looking healthier? My guess is that she starts to pack on the lbs. - still thinking all the while she's the same size - comes on here and reads the blogs about how she looks better/like she's gained weight, starts on the ana trend again to lose the few ounces she gained.
It's always funny to me how she looks healthy one week - everyone comments on it - and then she looks even skinnier the next. I know she reads the blogs since she crashed in on Perez Hilton's game one day.

She is skinnier than when she said "I know I am too thin right now" which means she doesn't realize how thin she is and likes being this way. She looks ill and there is no food at this lunch.
