This is really weird. I have been reading this story everywhere today but it says nothing about WHEN she was addicted to meth and when she kicked her habit... need more details than this!

A child star? I don't think a stint on Kids Incorporated on Nickelodeon qualifies her as a legitimate child star. What a LAME excuse!!!!

I like her and think she's more talented than Jessica Simpson. I'm sure her new cd will outsell Jessica big time.

She never said she was a child star, I saw the interview she said a "child actor". Please, Fergie is very real and nice in interviews and has talent and is a hot performer if you see her live. Jessica is a fake with a pretend dumb persona, and can not even perform live.

The addiction was in her 20's before she joined the Peas, and she is very honest about it and always has been.

I met her at Josh Duhamel's sister's wedding on Labor Day weekend in ND, and she is pretty, down to earth and very kind.

I like her a lot.

BTW. she was in front of cameras from when she was 7 years old, and in charlie brown cartoons and lots of commercials, she worked quite a bit until she was 14 or so, it isn't that easy. She had to be adult l ike and work at an early excuse. Lame excuse? Hmm then all of the child actors who are a mess must be making excuses too.

She actually talked about this for years, I am a peas fan and read about it for years, and she has a huge dedication on the Elephunk album thanking people for helping her through this, and thanking God for saving her life.

I read a story on her drug addiction in Glamour. I think she is an awesome person...Her music is great! I love HER!

Glad she over came her addiction, however, that still does not make her attractive, she is one ugly woman and has a foul foul mouth.
