whatever - I'm a fan of Kate's and think she's beautiful. I also think that American's should double check on that whole "obesity" thing before they start throwing stones at skinny people - guess how many tubbo's are dying per day because they shove their faces vs. skinny people dying because they're skinny. Lemme know what you find out about that one love.

I am also a fan of Kate's, but seriously "Maybe", you can't really think she looks great now in comparison to how she looked in the move Blue Crush! She looked great then, and she was far from fat. She actually looked healthy. That's what overweight folks should aspire to, not the shriveled up bag of bones she is now.

If that is your distorted view on reality, then I would have to agree with Whatever that you may have an eating disorder yourself. You are probably one of the sickos that expects women who had a baby like a week ago to have lost all thier baby weight already and calls them lard asses. No wonder there are so many eating disorders out there, with the standards us women are expected to live up to! Underweight is not any more healthy than overweight.

You seem kind of delusional and ready to argue your made up points. Here's one for ya - check the stats on 2005 - deaths of people that are overweight vs. people that die because they're underweight. Sorry, maybe, took that assumption from the "Beauty is in the eye of the doughnut holder" comment. I said she looked great in Blue Crush, and that is a healthier image for people to aspire to, and that was the response you put out there. Aside from that, sure more people may be dying from obesity related diseases, I was never trying to argue that. The point is girls like Kate and Nicole Richie are not portraying a healthy image either. Bodies such as theirs are only attainable through two methods....starvation or drugs. It's not the same as being naturally thin. Neither of those girls are that way naturally.

PS - I just went back and read "maybe"'s comments and I think they illustrate exactly why people talk so much about this starving waif trend ~~ because it influences girls/women to try to attain the same bony look!
