They reside in CA which is considered their state of residence. The marriage would have to abide by the laws of CA...he get's half unless they come to an agreement such is in the case of Nick and Jessica.

29 million a movie!! - no one is worth that. I love Reese, don't get me wrong, but I think there are other great actresses that earn much less. I like Hillary Swank, but she only makes about 12 million a movie.
She does not make 30 million a movie. She makes 15 million a movie because in California half of what she makes belongs to Ryan. He worked just as hard for it as she did. He had to put up with her and we all know she is as mean and hard as they come. Not saying it wasn't hard for her too. In all of her roles except election she had to pretend she was nice. And for someone as nasty as she is to be able to act nice is a challange. I'm with Ryan on this one. "You go guy."
