Faith Hill is a fraud. I'm so happy that she's getting bad publicity. The ONLY reason she got a record deal is because she married a music exec. The only reason she is famous is because she slept with Alan Jackson to get on his tour. The only reason she's still around is because she got knocked up (intentionally, I'm sure) with Tim's baby. She is so fake. Why does no one ever talk about her whorish past?

I don't think Carrie was upset about it. She and Faith hugged after the show last night. I've seen this video several times. I'd bet Faith and Carrie are good friends, and it was just a joke, which Carrie might have already known about. Who knows, Carrie might have done the same, as a joke, if Faith would have won.
Both of these women are bigger people than to truly be upset and be so obvious about it, IMHO.

Even if she was joking, she should have clapped just like everone else. She is still getting attention when Carrie is the one who won.
I've always liked her, but that is not enough for me to think it was a joke. I think it was her "real" reaction, she thought she was going to win and reacted when she realized that her name was not called. I am not going to hate on her for it, but I don't think it was a joke and I think she should of just starting clapping.

A radio station that I listen to said she was on camera even before the winner was announced saying, "I better *%$#@&+ win this!" Is that a joke too? NOT. To bad, I did like her. But did you hear that song she sang, and what was she wearing? OMG, might have been couture but was ugly and so was her brown eye shadow. She looked haggard.
Actually, it you watch footage on youtube or somewhere else, you can see that she is joking for the minutes leading up to the announcement - the "I better win this" etc was followed by laughing that her and her manager were doing. It was clearly a joke - this clip on bricks and stones doesn't show all of the laughing they were doing before the announcement and make it look like she was serious. JOKE PEOPLE!!

Wow..all this hatred...yeah..i am sorry Faith isnt a class act like all of the brilliant comments on here and the name calling. Well it IS called bricks and stones. But names will never hurt her! 
I've learned alot about perception from watching this all unfold. And how easily manipulated people can be by the press and what they THINK they saw or know. Those who know Faith...know the truth. Too many others have chosen to take the low road and assume the worst about someone who has never given them any reason to in the past. Attacks on her character will not change the woman that she is. I am proud of Faith and always will be. Congrats to Carrie! You deserved it girl!
I agree with you Trisha...words will never hurt Faith...she is too strong of a person for that to happen...I can't believe this whole thing has been blown WAY out of proportion...Faith did this as a joke...that is just the kind of person that she is...I am also proud of Faith and I respect her even more now...Congrats to Carrie...she really did deserve it no matter what people say...You both rock!!!!
