The Adam's apple could be the source of Nicole's health problems: thyroid disorder. She has lost an inordinate amount of weight and hypothyroidism can cause that.

I love Nicole ..she's gorgeous especially with her new hair color i love it! I'm so happy that her and Paris worked everything out because I always thought they we're hilarious together!
