I am a huge Jessica fan... but I liked her a LOT better when she was with Nick... but if you are a fan or not how can you say the girl has no talent?? There is a video on you tube of her singing "i wanna love you forever" at the 2001 (i think?) american music awards... if you honestly think she is talentless you should listen to it. I respect the fact that you don't like her but... dude, she can sing!

She is so unprofessional and lazy! She didn't give an effort to rehearse at least one day to pay tribute to Dolly. Her mom chewed her out about her unprofessionalism. She deserved it. She wasn't at her best that night, every body around her was well put together. She was as usual unprepared, her dress was ill-fitting, her hair was a mess. She has gained weight again, she has always had weight problems ever since she came on the scene. Her body language screams low self esteem. Her bobbing her head, her hurly burly dance, and her rubbing her tummy, it is so obvious! Like Ash, she should just get over herself and get a nosejob.

I can't help but feeling sorry for her. Srsly. It's clear that singing is not her real business, like is not for a Paris Hilton, a Britney Spears... it's just something dropped on her like a way to climb up the ladders of success.
She's got a nice body, she can act fairly well... well, meaning on stage, hate her or love her but she can play very well with her public the part of the "blonde vaporheaded kissin'sender lovesignin' cutie, all pretty dresses and dazzling smiles", but when there's to sing real, she remembers for a while that her career is a big set-up from a father-manager very able to place her under the right spotlight and counsel her choices, and a perfect promo-machinery, and snaps.
The best choice for her may be losing it, take a vow of silence and return her accessory line.
After all, a set-up sex symbol doesn't truly need a voice to sell purses, fill a photobook, find a rich heir, marry him, divorce, find another and keep on the crest.
Plus, she could set an example... better an army of mute Valley Girls inventing a "Valley Sign Language" with specific signs for "Vuitton Purse" and "Be a puppy, could you ask the store for those Prada Shoes?", than keeping sending on stage heiresses, actresses and dancers that in their field could be good-lookin', fitting and able to fill properly their respective roles, but singing they seem really pretty cannon fodder sent to a sacrifice.
