I don't think a night out with friends hardly makes her a bad mother, the problem is, she never got to experience any of that. I really think she has more class that the Britney's, etc. However, unfortunatley, she will never be allowed to go out with friends, ever again.
She had a perfectly normal early 20's and partied plenty. When she was filming Dawsons Creek down her I use to hang out with her and the rest. She did PLENTY of partying and was out every night drinking or having a party at her house.
She's a MOTHER now and granted she should be able to go out, but HYDE is not the kind of place she needs to be going if she is a married mother. That place is one big std fest waiting to happen.

I have never been to Hyde, but I don't think there is anything wrong with a wife &/or mother going out to a dance club. Just because you go out and party it up doesn't mean you have to go home with someone just because you went dancing at a meat market type establishment. If you have class, you still act like you do even in an environment like that. Stepping off my soapbox now....

I think that the fact that several women have spoken out and said that they find it perfectly acceptable for her to be out at a club like Hyde shows how much of a loss women are taking and how bad off our society is due to womens not wanting to be good mothers anymore. I just hope there are a few like myself left who are good parents and not out running around chasing the next one night stand liek the rest of you.

This is crazy. Now, if we've never been to Hyde, we really can't say what it is like. However, we do know that it is a popular nightclub. I'm sure there are unsavory things going on at any nightclub. It doesn't mean everyone there participates. It is where young Hollywood hangs out, and she was recently very much a part of that group. But, come on, she's still in her 20's and who can blame her for wanting to occassionally do the things people her own age do. She's a mom now, but she could go to Hyde and not be like Britney. Honestly, I couldn't see Tom going there. It would be too young of a crowd for him. But why shouldn't she be able to do age-appropriate things once in awhile? Where does it say she only can befriend women 40+ and have tea and book clubs be her own outside activity when she isn't with her husband? I think the judgement here and the perception that just because she's a mom she shouldn't do or want to do anything age appropriate is laughable. What this comes down to is Tom keeping her on a very tight leash.
^^^Are you people f-ing kidding me? Going out and having some drinks with your girlfriends does not equate to having random hookups! If you can't behave yourself in a situation where others are doing those things then you should never have been married in the first place. And if you have a child and that means that you should have no friends, no social life, and heaven FORBID you ever go out dancing, then I think I should stick to being married without children, because that is just a ridiculous expectation. EVERYONE needs to go out and let loose once in a while, and no I DO NOT mean having one night stands!

I am married, for many years, but still in my 20's. i have no kids but many of my friends do and we all go out, with or without husbands. Not all the time, but my friends who have kids NEED to get out once in awhile for their sanity!!! And yeah we may dance and go clubbing but we don't end up having threesomes in the bathroom while doing lines!!! That is sad for people who think thats what MOST GIRLS DO MARRIED OR NOT!
