I just love this girl. She's so giving and she should have been further along in her career when she was a little girl instead of Britney stealing her limelight. Jessica makes better music anyway and is much prettier and I bet she isn't bald in areas she shouldn't be.

I agree somewhat....the donation was sweet and obviously needed, but why do stars frequently donate when they WIN something? I think it would be much more generous if they buy something (like a car) and THEN donate it....

I agree with those of you who have made comments about her donating a van that she won. How hard is it to donate something that you were given for free? What kind of sacrifice is that really? It would be an entirely different story if she actually went out and purchased a van - made a sacrifice on her own.

She donated it so she didn't have to pay the taxes for it. You have to pay taxes on stuff you win, but since she didn't need that shit anyway she just gave it away and to a charity so she didn't have to pay.

Her PR team thought it would be good publicity might even get her a little blurb in US Weekly. She probably had no idea. She won it anyway and you know little Simpster wouldn't be caught dead driving around in a Chrysler. You know her movies, music and merchandise suck. Gotta think of creative ways to get positive press.
