Thanks 11:36, i missed that. I really doubt she agreed with what the Mexicans were doing though whether she spoke up or not. I wouldn't think it would be a great idea to have a huge confrontation on international TV about it. It could have gotten very ugly.
Actually, Miss USA wasn't being booed for being American, it had nothing to do with her country.
She was being booed only after she fell flat on her ass during one of the 'dress nice and parade around like a piece of meat now' phases of the 'competition'.
The fact that she kept advancing made it blatantly obvious that the top 6 are fixed, wouldn't want to have Miss USA bow out too early and then lose US viewers now would we?
