It is a headband, however, it does look like a garter belt. I have never understood the headband on a baby. Headbands are designed to keep you hair out of your face. They look ridiculous on an infant. They would also look ridiculous on Kojack...sad story though, no doubt about it..

You watch, HKS is going to go down. He is the only one selling his story for $$, no one else is trying to profit from these tragedys but him. He has sold movie rights, book rights, the video of EMS trying to revive her. He was on ET last night. He knows he is going down and he is trying to get as much money as he can for his inpending legal fees. I'm not saying he murdered anyone, but he has a whole lot to hide.
