Gravatar I've read the 15 step theory elsewhere before. If memory serves me right it was one of the famous cartoonists that used the same technique - either Dilbert, Larson or Calvin and Hobbes.

It definately works and I love the idea of 12 year cycles. Does this hold step with the pace of life though? Just wondering if modern technology, improved communication and our general ability to learn and absorb more and more information might not accelerate this process.

Because, counting back I seem to be stuck on a 4 year kitchen remodeling cycle

Gravatar Very interesting post. It will require more thought and consideration from this addled brain.

Gravatar Great post. I just had my 36th birthday and you made me realize "Wow, it's a 12-year cycle." I had a "feeling" that this year and the upcoming years will be significant and already many things have taken place I also "feel" that more change is to come. Although I have hesitated to take some steps, I know what they are and that they will be taken. With regards to the 15 times exercise, I have tried it and found it to be a very very powerful technique...so much such that I backed off from writing certain things 15 times, or wrote them less frequently than every day to ease the change a bit. Thanks for a most timely post.

Gravatar tincanman, there are cycles within cycles. The 12-year ones are usually easier for people to get a handle on. Some of us like more remodeling.

Chrissy, don't hurt your head. Sometimes the secret is just to hang in there.

HMR, wow, maybe you should try the 5 times technique.
