Thanks for your comment and link. You may also be interested in the following bit of information I learned on John Cass's blog. John did some background research to show that the Sunday Boston Globe article is slightly misleading.

Apparently Jeff Cutler disclosed that he never purchased anything from the store he endorsed. However, this still does not address the issue of failing to mention that he received financial compensation for his endorsement.
