I'm not quite sure I understood what you need, but you should try Twitterfeed at www.twitterfeed.com. It is able to push RSS-feed updates to anyone's twitter feed.

Antti is right -

Twitterfeed will take any RSS feed and tweet it. So just take the feed from out twitter account and post it to the other.
