Wonko`s World

Gravatar I am stunned that this is happening in England. I can't believe that we are being herded into this nightmare world where Blair et al rule from a parallel universe and all usurpers are herded like cattle to the outer hemispheres, never to be heard from again.

this is one of the most amazing things I've ever seen in my life, during a political conference. I swear we are headed towards a totalitarian state and I await to see what the press have to say before I decide whether or not they have been complicit with their backside kissing behaviour.

NL will be all of a frenzy, not because it happened, but because it was caught on camera. There is a sickness in our democracy.

Gravatar The papers are pretty critical of it and even the BBC criticised it.

Dermot whatshisface off BBC Breakfast interviewed Princess Tony this morning and asked him about it. He said "Well, you know", stern look, short pause, "it's difficult for a politician to make a speech when he's being interrupted by a heckler", smug grin, open body language.

Then Dermot said "But it was one man in the eaves and he said one word".

Princess Tony then replied "Well anyway, we've apologised ..." and so on and so forth.

Gravatar I don't the papers go far enough in their condemnation. This really is very serious.
Apparently strange men were sitting next to people who had voiced complaints during conversations and they were placed around the hall to generate "clapping." One woman said a man came to her when she wasn't clapping at all, and he clapped behind her head, very loudly, as though ordering her to do so.
Ominous looking men stood at the fron of the hall, looking for any signs of troublesome hecklers.
I wonder if they are watching us active folk?
Well, f. it, let them try taking on this stubborn bitch.

Gravatar Were the bouncers "only following orders"?

Gravatar I think so but did that defence do any good in the trials of Nazi's after the war?
