Yup, like sheep we've fallen into the Euro way of doing justice..... Basically you're guilty matey until you are proven innocent. On the continent, the authorities have no requirement to prove you guilty, the accused has to prove their innocence.......

The innocent until proven guilty mantra that has been at the very centre of English law for hundreds of years is one of the 'red lines' shamefully and predictably chucked into the bin in the inexorable march by Blair, Alexander, Straw, Hain and co to remove all vestages of our once so admired constitution.
