That's not the real picture in France at all. These kids did not choose to live in overcrowded housing estates in the outskirts of cities with no parks, football fields, mixed race schools, etc.

When you say they didn't choose to live in these overcrowded estates, is there a law that makes them stay there?

And what exactly is the problem with mixed race schools? How are immigrants and the children of immigrants supposed to integrate with society if they speak a different language, refuse to mix with people outside of their own culture, go to single race schools and reject the culture of their hosts?

They did choose to go and live in France though. They can always choose to leave!
