Can I ask you to vote against the Government on Wales bill, unless their is a clause that prevents Welsh MPs voting on English Matters in the name of fairness.

they're not giving up the right to interfer in welsh legislation, all the government of wales bill does is allow the assembly to go and grovel to westminster to indroduce legislation.

english MPs can still say no. and therefore have the veto over everything that happens in wales.

all it means is that wales can make legislation and then ask for permission instead of asking for permission first and then making legislation.
