i dont know why there is so much emphasis on welsh racism towards english, english racism towards welsh is just as bad.

Wales is nominally a principality, the Prince of Wales being the eldest son of the Queen. However, Wales is part of the UK and as such, the head of state is the Queen. The principality tag is a bit outdated now surely? I believe the last Welsh prince of Wales was Llewellyn who was killed some 600 years ago.

As for racism - how could English and Wales be racist toward each other? Neither is a race, it is a nationality.

Discrimination of nationality falls under racism laws doesn't it?

I've never though seen "[insert nationality] twat" for example, as racist.

What I mean by hurting themselves, is being disrespectful doesn't exactly show those involved in a good light.
