If the French sent their troops into Spain, arrested a load of 'ETA' cabinet ministers and started shelling government buildings because of ETA terrorists had kidnapped a French soldier, what would the reaction be?

Well, you see, the Palestinian people voted for a terrorist organisation to govern and represent them. If I was Israeli I think my reaction would be very much the same.

It would be just like if Sin Fein/IRA governed Southern Ireland and then IRA terrorists kidnapping British soldiers

Hamas P and T are not separated. Sinn Fein have allegedly renounced terrorism and recently so have ETA.
