Here's mine:

Dear Sir / Madam,



I am concerned about the extra money we are to be paying to the EU. Mr Blair has agreed to increase our payments from £3.5 billion to £6 billion annually.



As a concerned taxpayer who is going to have to pay for this increase without even being consulted I would like to know:



1.) Why this increase is justified?

2.) Why the EU has not had its accounts signed of by auditors for at least 5 years?

3.) What guarantees HM Treasury can give me that this extra money will not end up disappearing like so much of the EU’s budget?

4.) Why HM Treasury agrees to pay this money when they have a legal responsibility to ensure the any money paid out is for the intended purpose and can prove that it was used in that way?

5.) Mr Blair said that the increase would only happen if there was a reform to the CAP. This didn’t happen so why should we send the extra money.
