Too right - these cameras area license to print money. It's a greedy, grabby world that we live in, what ever happened to educating people and helping them to do the right thing - oh yeah, I forgot, that costs money.
The Shothatton camera stood, unworking, for many months because they couldn't work out how to get power to it. Duh.
