That does not surprise me I used to get shed loads of spam from them at one stage.
Have they actually sorted your problem out though? Or are you stuck with the dusty/2nd hand?/reconditioned? replacement they eventually gave you?
The laptop they sent me was a new one I think, it had just been on the shelf for months judging by the amount of dust. This one (touch wood) is ok. If I got an apology rather than a fob-off and lies I'd accept what they'd offered me.
