I had to take a 2nd look at it, I first thought I had read the title wrong. I was so shocked you could of knocked me down with a small pork chop, ok that's a little silly.
Yes, it is rather unfortunate that these fees have been introduced, particularly by a party (Lib Dems) which claims to stand up for students.
Of course the SNP voted against top-up fees at Westminster as well, given the potential impact on funding for Scottish education services.
