Too funny! I'm sure you did not feel that way yesterday. The whole day it has such a ring of "oh, yeah, I've been there, done that" to it... I'm sure everyone can sympathize with you!!
I am so sorry I missed last night. It was not to be.
I don't know how he does it, but I'm glad he did, because otherwise the laundry would have gotten soaked, and we needed that laundry. (The Tasmanian Boy is on a tear lately. Sometimes he goes through four outfits and enough bedding to fill a washer in one day.)

Here's a suggestion for the next time the young'un gets so insistant. As him to tell you about what he will do when he gets to the beach. That way he knows you haven't forgotten him and you two can have some fun with it by making up a story or exagerating how fun it will be when you finally get there.
