Heh - so much for sleeping all night with the ear infection brigade. Hope WB is better in a flash.

The fabric of life, even if you couldn't produce knitter's fabric.
I've done that. Wrong needles, no needles. I've even picked up the gym bag instead of the knitting bag.

So infection #1 never cleared? Ouch! Poor ting!
My hands would have been itching something fierce without my needles.

Make sure your MD does a follow-up when he expects your little one to be well. We had a pattern of "every 2 weeks" ear infections, which, in retrospective, were "she never shook the original infection".

"A fussy little ball of hot." Poor baby. Poor momma! And a four hour recital with no knitting? Oh, dear. May the rest of your week improve vastly.

Oh no! A four-hour recital and no needles to hand? Aieeee! I think I might have been reduced to casting on with swizzle sticks, knobby ends and all...
And I'm sorry to hear that you're stuck with a sick baby now. Poor thing! (That applies to both of you, sigh.)

Just de-lurking to see if you have a family chiropractor. Our son went through many ear infections, but once he started getting adjusted, they stopped almost immediately. His "axis" in his neck gets out of alignment and it causes fluid to build up in his ears. It's worth looking into! Hope she's better soon.
