I paid (well, the company paid) 3.89.9 this morning, and that was cheap. it's very easy to find +$4 all over the OC and Riverside county now, so knowing aafes, cry me a river... LOL!
I hear you Gawfer. I don't even want to get started on the prices in the States. I can't help but shake my head at those that would have the "gubment" step in and (further)regulate gasoline prices though. That would set a dangerous precedent for government meddling in business.
Next thing you know, some idiot will suggest that hitting oil companies with huge taxes will lower gas prices...Oh, crap; Shrillary already suggested that.
our gas companies in the UK are enjoying bumper profits. Funny how this happens as supply only is the reason put forward for high prices.

A cut garden hose works well for siphoning thy neighbors gas. If you don't know how to do it, contact your local brothel and employ one their skilled employees to suck the gas tank dry.

Americaneocon: I've seen that article and, while a bit disturbing to some folks, it's a very frank reminder of what Marines do for a living. Seeing the young lad without his flak and helmet tells me that he (and his buddies) were forced to respond at an inopportune time...adding to the feeling of panic that he undoubtedly felt. One or more of those photos will probably win some sort of award for capturing a rare moment.
Maybe they changed their slogan again, but last I remember they "Guaranteed $.20 less than the national average." Currently... the National Average is $3.86... yet we're paying more than the National Average...
Yep! They were almost pissing themselves to announce that they would be more responsive by adjusting prices WEEKLY...back when prices were on the rise.
No shit, I was on the phone calling aafes to complain when I saw your blog. The national average this week is 1.99 and AAFES is charging us 4.06!!!!!!!!!!WTF
