I've always thought Russ Feingold would be an interesting and excellent choice. He's as smart as anyone in the Senate, he's principled, and he'd be a great asset to the administration.
He should have made a run for president.
Hey - this is a GREAT idea. Did you copy Obama? You can put the bug in Russ's ear at the convention next week.
He has shown he can work with Republicans
and Democrats (McCain/Feingold), would help
deliver Wis. to the Democrats, has the needed
experience, and, I believe, he voted against
the Iraq war.
