On Alhambra, I ended up using the alternate centre, as I just couldn't get the beads to sit right. I'd posted on the Chatelaine board and that's the advice I'd received there too. If you're on 28 count, you should be OK, otherwise I wish I'd tested on scrap cloth first before starting....

Hi Glenda. Thought I would check out your blog and answer the question you posted to mine.

Our family makes homemade sausage. We used to do it at my father-in-law's old house where he had a downstairs room that was cool. When you are working with raw meat, you want it to be fairly cold. We always had to wear a sweater. In Sept. Dad moved to a newer house so now he has no where to make sausage. So my hubby and his dad are builing a small room onto the side of our house so that we can do it here instead.
