Can I just disagree here for a minute? I don't see why Chelsea should answer that question. Bill is her father, and his actions have no doubt given her pain. That question was just meant to embarrass her.

Miriam - I think that if Bill and Hillary are going to trot her out on the campaign trail, then she should be treated like anyone else. Sure, the question was meant to embarrass her, but she had no problem trying to embarrass the President. If you jump into the ring, you should expect to get hit once in a while.
Rocky didn't quit alright, but he didn't win it until the sequel. I'm guessing that either she'd forgotten that little tidbit or is ingnoring it. If the latter, Hey, Hillary, watch the film and get a clue!!!
