Second...I can be your stand in wiff if you'd like. I am available after the 1st of the year as my significant half will be deployed. An added bonus...I might be knocked up by that point as well.

I hope you get picked, that would be fun to watch. Your place in AZ sounds nice (I bet it's the heat that makes the carport desirable).

If you are sincere about wanting a 203k loan wherever it may be: 1) find a home you want to purchase... you don't make too much to buy under the program... there is no limit on your maximum income amount, only the FHA Maximum Loan Limit in the county in which the home exists, 2) YOU must live in the home whether or not you are in the service shouldn't have a bearing on that, 3) It may take a little work but I believe if you contact your local HOC (home ownership center) you can resolve these issues rather quickly, if not please contact me and I'll do it for you. I just don't see this as a problem if you want the house, we can assist you and since you are so far away from us... it is free. Be happy to help you from an ex Sargent in the Army.
