Sounds uncomfortable.  They want hip patients to strap into a wedge of foam to keep their knees apart while they sleep.  I asked Cheryl's friend, who was 5 years out of surgery how long she slept with it. (I was thinking 2-4 weeks) She's still using it!!  Eff that!  I ditched it right away.  Don't worry, if you make a wrong move, the pain will stop you!<br><br>Trying to set a better tone:<br>Two more weeks though, you can do it.<br><br>Monday seems pretty soon for going back to work.  I hope you reserve the right to change your mind if it seems overwhelming.<br><br>Women athletes excel at PT!  The people who find it hard are those who have never pushed themselves.
