Been there, bought the t-shirt - just when I thought it could get no worse, it did. Then, out of the blue, someone offered me a dream job.

Ugh. I am so sorry to hear that. I have been in those shoes and I know they are not comfortable.
Hang in there. I promise not to give the whole "lemonade out of lemons speech" as I know from experience it only makes you want to claw your eyes out. But it does get better.
