Hmmmm... just what do I wanna say?

Gravatar Baby steps, baby steps...

There will be a struggle in California with the upcoming referendum (it will also be interesting how it will intersect with Presidential politics) and a good opportunity to show the nation that gay marriage hardly leads to the decline and fall of civilization. The hardest part will be to get those marriages recognized nationally - places like Mississippi and Alabama won't be swayed easily.

Gravatar sweetums, I did the research, and our SF marriages are still invalid, as Newson acted outside of current law. Weird, I know. So, we'll have to do it all over again. However, still is dissapointing that if we chose to move out of Calif., we'd lose our marital rights. This has got to go to the federal level.

and what about that Nov. ballot initiative? Hateful bigots. I am celebrating - cautiously.

Isn't it weird to be viewed as something so incredibly abnormal?!! We know just how normal and boring we really are!

Gravatar I think it's great that it's even coming to the forefront and is out there. I hope the rug doesn't get pulled.

For now, celebrate the victory Deb.

Gravatar Rock the hell on!!!

But I hear ya on the "waiting for the other shoe to drop" front....

sigh.
