Lasik, m'man. Lasik. I know its a little on the expensive side (an a freaky prospect to boot), but start bustin arse on the freelance gigs. My roomie just did it and he's lovin it. He had horrible vision (don't remember what is was, I think like 60/40 or something) and now is sporting a 20/15.
That's my goal, to be able to save up for that. I need to be able to save up for rent first. My boss did it too and never had a complaint outside of the first couple days eye drops and such.
Wouldn't it be cheaper to order a brand new pair from them?
Ideally yes, and I probably will. But ideally it'd be cheaper if they just offered lens replacement. If the frames AND lenses are $25 but the lenses are only $13.99, even if the shipping was $10 you'd still come out ahead.
Plus the idea of ordering the exact same glasses means now I have two frames. I liked the frames, but I don't want two of them.
