Friends are the family you choose for yourself. In all that I see, I see that. Your family is a great one and I am very happy to be part of it.

I find the sentiments and feeling expressed here Universal, and with the clear insight of one who walks a very precious path indeed.
It's such a rarity to find some-one genuinely alive to the moment and so
full of sincerity, faith and belief in her self & life.
If only there were more of her nature
we could span the rainbow and make half of a heaven this day.

I come back again to the prose & feelings here and find them emotionally hard to read.
Thank you for sharing this experience with us all Saphire, It's one of the hardest things to watch some-one we Love fall ill or suffer.
It takes great courage, dignity and faith to do justice to these fragile moments in our lives and hold them between cupped hands abiding with them in prayer.
The true 'Meaning' of life ?
" 'Being' for them "

I love this post on your mother/daughter relationship. It seems so strong. My own mother was a 'touchstone' for me the way yours is to you.
I don't know if you know about your birth, but my mother would often tell me about her birthing experiences with each of us kids, she seemed so wise. My birth was a quick one, I was her first child. She told me, that she hadn't felt sickness or worry throughout and when I was born she knew I was her special girl.
I think we had this bond from the start.
I hope your mother is in good health now.
regards
Lita
