Great article! You are completely right, the time and space to do something is right now.
Such actions usually for short period of time unite the nations and this moment can be a starting point to much better further development. Look at european countries who were always fighting in the history and simply once they were completely destroyed and devastated they realized that through piece, cooperation and business they all can do much better. And established something as great as European Union.
