This is probably bullshit but it's out there. If it is true, MNF hasn't said anything about any such casualties:

an Iraqi soldier killed two American soldiers and a captain for kicking a pregnant Iraqi woman. The incident happened two days ago when an Iraqi soldier “Caesar Saadi” joined the American occupation forces in a raid in Mosul, he opened fire after he saw the American soldiers started to beat and kick an Iraqi pregnant woman. Caesar is now in custody accused with killing three Americans."

The original sources they link to are in Arabic so I can't check them. This site seems to be frequented by people who are fairly far out there.

I haven't heard of that but one soldier died in Baghdad Wednesday and two more died somewhere in Diyala province today.

BTW we had just over 900 military fatalities last year from in both wars.
