try again in the right comments box, As an OR BB coach i was told by the guys running this trial and ordering the production of this item that the i-plate also incorporates the BT80RF3 into its manufacture.
The same coil seems to exist within the RF3 blocks, i dismantle these and attatch wires to them to create external RF3 weatherproof filters for trying to block signals emerging from properties generating Rein interference.
Others have point blank said that an RF3 is NOT included , but the design team tell me it has, i tend to agree with them.

It's a common mode choke, which removes any of the common mode noise before it gets onto the home network.
