You need to start a side career as a motivational speaker to today's youth. Ours just might be the last generation to derive the true joy to be found in losing oneself in the pages of a book. Sad.

All is not lost though Eleanor, my staff room sometimes resembles a library reading room, I think abnout half of my staff are regular readers and I do try to encourage the others.
