This comic suffers from a double punch line. You have the punch line with the cat being shot, and then a blank panel (one that is even more useless than a CAD panel). Then there is a second punchline. It doesn't work, because it just ruins the flow. This comic would've been much better if you would've removed the last two panels.
Leothecat's comics are better than this.
Thanks for the advice, Mutant-X. The thing is, I had originally conceived the comic as an anti-Garfield sort of thing, so I wanted to make absolutely sure that the message got through. Overcommunication is definitely a major worry, though, and it may well have been the case that the message would've got through just fine in only two panels. I'll have to see if I can strike a better balance.
Good to see you responding so well to my critisim and yes this one suffers from overcomunication much like cad.You should've kept it to two panels.
