I think we all pretty much agree that the government space program isn't getting the sort of results we voters want for the prices we want. But somehow billions are still spent every year. How do we fix this?

If private citizens would stop yapping about it, and wishing about it, or talking about how to change it, and get in on joining some private citizens that are already working on it. Things would move a lot faster. 20 years not...try 10 to 15...If you want to know more drop me an email.
