I have a question about the katiafi,
Do you also put syrup after you unmould it , so the syrup soaks the top layer of the kataifi (as seen in the picture) as well?
Would really appreciate it if you could reply.

Gravatar Sam, i put the syrup after i take the kataifi out of the oven, let it soak for some time, and then unmould it so that the syrup has a chance to settle down. This is sufficient unless the kataifi is very thick.
