Wow! I like to read posts about this dessert, but have never tried it myself. Not a fan of milk chocolate. But if one dessert could win me over, then I'm sure this one could. Congrats on your masterful execution!

Astrid, i also prefer dark chocolate nowadays; but in this dessert, milk chocolate and hazelnuts are a winning combination. i have no doubt that you would love it.
