Pink, i start most of my baking projects around that time. This way, i can take advantage of the morning light to take pictures the next day. Night time baking is also convenient because there are no distractions. So, why resist the temptation?

I love your cake rolls, they always comes out so pretty and tasty looking. And yes, I love to bake them too! They are so easy to make and there is nothing more tasty than a sponge roll slathered with jam, rolled up and sprinkled with powdered sugar...so wonderful in it's simplicity.
